RETAIL PLANNING
Job Description:
Manage inventory and replenishment based on campaigns, market trends and demand patterns
Conduct regular forecasts and coordinate with the cross-functional teams
Monitor and report any deviations from the forecast, identify sources of discrepancy, then propose and implement data-driven solutions to improve forecast accuracy
Plan, schedule and implement proper replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels
Coordinate with our suppliers and our distribution centers for timely replenishment orders and delivery
Manage and foster a good working relationship with suppliers/ vendors
Address inventory and demand issues in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or any relevant study
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in FMCG/ Electronics demand planning and forecasting role
At least 1 year of e-commerce, FMCG or retail background is preferred
Strong analytical and execution skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, index-match, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
