RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, maximizing profitability & delivering delightful customer service.
Develop and implement effective strategies & processes to enhance operational efficiency including production planning, inventory management, quality control, and product display.
Lead and inspire a team of bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure consistent product quality & delightful customer service.
Drive sales growth and achieve financial targets by analyzing sales data, identifying trends & implementing effective sales strategies, local store promos, and pricing initiatives.
Collaborate with the RnD team to develop and introduce new bakery products, monitor market trends & ensure a diverse and appealing product offering.
Ensure food safety regulations, sanitation standards & health and safety guidelines are complied with.
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze bakery performance data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
