Job Description
Working with a team of Retail Managers and Supervisors to manage and oversee the retail operations
Recruit and hire new employees Train, manage, and regularly evaluate staff performance
Manage staff roster and control staff clock in/out
Manage all store operations and delegate responsibilities
Address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner
Plan and execute specials and promos, and changing gondola end space regularly
Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines
Conduct discipline, coaching, and, when necessary, termination of employees
Protect against loss by monitoring security, training staff and maintaining security cameras Manage regular stock takes
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
• Tertiary qualified with 5 years supervisory/management experience in the retail industry
• Strong working knowledge of management best practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization, planning, and leadership skills
• Computer skills, including retail management software
• Willing and able to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Hard working and flexible, Organized & efficient
• Team player Excellent customer service
• Managers must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines
