Job Description
Leads the retail team and the outlet teams by providing guidance, training and mentorship, maintaining the outlet stock levels and movements, monitoring outlet sales, attending to customer compalints and comments.
Will direct the shop managers on business performance and monitor the outlet service standards.
Will also coordinate and induct the product shipment arrivals and new imports into the branch (shop) system.
Managing the shop security systems and maintenance concerns.
Will provide the management w/ accurate quantitative information on the outlet position in terms of sales & service in the outlets & the current position in the retail dep't, while ensuring compliance w/ all company & gov't policies & procedures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Sales & Marketing.
3 - 5 years experience in similar capacity or in retail or sales.
