RETAIL MANAGER
 
Plant: Cebu Plant
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Profitability
Develop and implement sales strategies
Ensures compliance and proper implementation of standard operating procedures.
Create programs to increase foot traffic, conversion rate and basket size.
Develop efficient work methods and improve processes in order to reduce operating expense.
Integrate online and offline strategies to create an omnichannel experience for the customer.
Budget Management
Establish sales and operating expense budget.
Monitor and control expenses of the division; consider profit, loss and added value.
Leadership and Team Development
Set and review departmental objectives
Lead by example, set appropriate standards of behavior and work.
Identify and report training and development needs for the store employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Major in Marketing or Management or any related field.
At least five (5) years experience from the retail industry in a mid management  or senior management role.
Excellent leadership and people skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Results driven; action oriented and target driven
Excellent analytical and entrepreneurial skills
With good business acumen; demonstrates a strong commercial awareness and ability to decide based on an understanding  of how the business financially operates.
