Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Preferably statistics or related courses
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
With relevant experience as a analytics officer in pharma or FCMG.
Job Scope:
Provide support services to Retail Team with the use of data driven decision making tools
Transform raw data into meaningful information that will help products reach patients when they need and where they need it on trade
Analyze data, design and build reports, track key performance indicators of distributor and key retail partners through timely development of dashboards
Build and or enhance reporting templates that provide insights for decision making inretail operations
Monitor sales and key performance indicators on a monthly basis and coordinate with the Retail Team and other internal stakeholders
Track effectiveness in distribution of products through interpreting and analyzing data provided by the distributive trade partner or retail account
Filter, clean, and code data submitted by retail partners and transform said data into meaningful information about availability of products to identified retailers
Develop forecasting models that provide insights on sufficiency of products on trade
Track financial performance of retail through monitoring of G2N cost variables
Identify process improvement opportunities
Support the team with its Ad Hoc reporting requirements related to data requirements of retail.
