Description
The Retail Business Coordinator leads and manages the retail gas stations to achieve market growth and presence in the assigned area while working with the Retail Operations Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Support and guide Station Managers and Franchisees in the assigned area to successfully and profitably operate the stations in accordance to the Company's operating systems and standards.
Monitor after Profit and Loss of stations in the assigned area, assisting stakeholders in improving position in the market.
Evaluate performance of all stations and its forecourt crew, ensuring that they follow Company standards and systems.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any other similar degree.
At least three years of experience in sales and account management in a particular area.
Experience in gas retail companies is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different people of different levels.
Good problem assessment and solving skills. Highly analytical.
Amenable to work in the Caraga region, with either Surigao or Butuan as home base.
