Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is responsible for the Profit and Loss of all stores/stations, in an assigned district or area.
Leads and guides Station Managers and Business Partners in his/her area to successfully and profitably operate stores while using and appreciating Operating Systems, Standards, and support.
Specifically, the Retail Area Manager leads and manages stores/stations to achieve Market Growth/Market Share Objectives in his Area.
Ensures the achievement of station sales forecasts and profitability of all stations
Evaluate the performance of all Station Managers under his are in accordance to company objectives and plans.
