RETAIL AND CONSIGNOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day sales activities of DIY retail section.
Responsible for delivering the sales Quota and execute retail functions within the store level in coordination with other departments.
Execute strategies to ensure the achievements of KPI's and strive to improve overall performance of the store through sales turnover, conversion rate of foot traffic to basket value and customer satisfaction and retention.
Organize proper inventory of items (i.e. fast - slow moving of goods both from outright and consignors).
Coordinates with various complimentary warehouse for proper inventory of goods in and out of store premises. 
Monitor current market trends and negotiate for new consignment vendors.
Qualifications:
A graduate of Business Management , Marketing or Retail Management
At least 4-10 years of related work experience in a Supervisory capacity preferably in the retail industry
Keen on details and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Good leadership skills and excellent customer relations skills
Knowledgeable in SAP is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
