JOB DESCRIPTION
Thai Mango is looking for Restaurant Supervisor. They are assistant to the branch manager; oversees day to day operations especially in the absence of the branch manager. The shift supervisor must undergo training and receive certification from the company.
 
Responsibilities
Overseeing the operations during his shifts
Making of weekly roster/schedule
Assisting the branch manager with his weekly tasks
Computation of salaries
Frequent checking of inventory to ensure minimal spoilage
Conducting/ assigning everyday huddle
Must be certified in all stations (cook, dispatch, cashier, drinks, roti)

Qualifications
At least high school graduate
At least one years management experience
At least one year experience in the food industry
