Job Description
Restaurant supervisors oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly.
Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Advanced leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication.
