Description
• Supervise restaurant operations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen especially for guest requests and food restrictions
• Staff training, especially in providing good services with guests.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the Restaurant
• Ensures that all lateral opening, closing and execution works are completed on a daily basis.
• Work quickly and independently to resolve operational and / or guest issues when necessary.
• Ensure proper follow-up and excellence in creating a memorable experience for all guests.
• Provide team leadership through frequent food training, wine presentation, and restaurant beverage menu education.
• Implement cost saving and profit improvement measures.
• Help the F&B manager to implement the Restaurant Policies and Procedures
• Prepares the weekly schedule of the Restaurant Staff, both regular and increased waiters
• Willing to work in an exclusive resort
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service
