Description
• Oversee the Restaurant Operations.
• Closely coordinate with Kitchen especially for guest/s request and food restrictions
• Staff training especially in providing good services with the guests
• Ensures the cleanliness of the Restaurant
• Ensures all opening, closing and running side work is completed on a daily basis.
• Working quickly and independently to resolve operational and/or guest issues when necessary.
• Ensuring proper follow through and excellence in creating a memorable experience of all guest/s.
• Provide leadership with the team through frequent training in dining, wine presentation and education on restaurant beverages menu
• Implementing cost saving and profit enhancing measures.
• Assist the F&B Manager in implementing the Restaurant Policies and Procedures
• Prepares the weekly schedule of the Restaurant Staff both regular and augmentation of waiters
• Willing to work in an exclusive resort
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 6
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service
