QUALIFICATIONS
College Graduate, preferably of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any management course.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Above average oral and written communication skills
Has the ability to motivate and lead people
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management
Hire, Train, and Supervise restaurant staff including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.
Ensure that all staff provide excellent customer service.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
Operations Oversight
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Monitor and manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ambiance in the restaurant
Ensure that customer feedback is consistently positive and that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty and retention.
