We are looking for a STORE SUPERVISOR / RESTAURANT MANAGER for a restaurant in Lipata, Minglanilla, Cebu.
 
Qualifications:
College Graduate (Operations or Food & Beverage Services or Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or its equivalent or any related field equivalent)
At least 1-year experience working in any restaurant
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Honest and with integrity
Highly organized and keen on details
Responsible and with good problem-solving skills
Able to lead and manage administrative tasks and shifting schedules of 6-10 staff.
Main responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for monitoring Sales, Inventory & Supplies, Food Safety, Staff Handling & Scheduling, and Cleanliness & Sanitation in the store
- Report to Owners for business conditions and sustain the quality standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies
- Assist and supervise day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service.
