We are looking for Goal oriented individual who is passionate and proactive that can do the job beyond the expectations.
We are in need of this position:
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with all F & B standards on customer service, personnel grooming, area cleanliness and food quality
Orientation and training of employees
Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
Manages overall operations of the branch
Supervising, close monitoring and evaluation of employees
Makes monthly reports
Other tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
A degree in business, hospitality management or equivalent
2 to 3 years experience at supervisory or management level job
Excellent interpersonal skills for handling staff and customers
Excellent communications skills in both oral and written
Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation
Good analytical skills and keen to details
Calm, efficient and has the ability to work well under pressure
Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Experience in the food industry or restaurant set up is a must
Benefits:

Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM
