Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
Train and supervise restaurant staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and employee development.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience.
Solid understanding of barista techniques and experience in preparing specialty coffee beverages.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
