Qualification:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business- related course.
With at least 1-3years experience in Managing Restaurant or Retail Store
Computer Literate
Good communication skills and with pleasing personality
Willing to be assigned in any outlets in Cebu City and Lapu-lapu City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of the store's business objectives such as sales and profitability targets, customer satisfaction and food, safety and cleanliness standards, people management and development, and store's adherence to standard operating system.
Leads in building awareness through customer engagement initiatives.
Updates schedule, demonstrates protocol, tracks supply and shipment orders to ensure sufficient supply.
Evaluates staff performance and provide feedback to improve performance and productivity.
Responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaint.
Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Manages restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
Does orientation of the house rules and trains new and current employees on proper customer service and best practices.
