Operating hours: Sunday - Thursday 2pm - 11pm Friday - Saturday - 5pm -2am Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Bluemoon in Batangas. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes managing the P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, budgeting, and hiring; a position that requires a blend of leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Engage warmly with customers, understanding their preferences for personalized service. Manage order-taking with precision and professionalism. Operational Oversight: Supervise Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring seamless service. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve complaints from customers, employees, and owners. Staff Management: Develop efficient staff schedules. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Train staff in exceptional customer service practices. Inventory and Compliance: Manage inventory and supply orders. Adhere to food safety and quality regulations. Financial Management: Handle and record financial transactions. Prepare cash deposits and maintain accurate financial records. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with regular customers, fostering a positive atmosphere. Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
