JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in establishing and maintaining internal controls, effective accounting systems, and policies.
Collaborate with the financial team to ensure all invoices are properly controlled, procedures are followed, and all relevant information is received.
Responsible for verifying all accounts payable records.
Regularly audit funds to ensure they are in place. All checks and other expenditures will receive appropriate funding.
Ensure that the recording, classification, and summary of financial transactions comply with local accounting principles and group accounting policies.
Ensure timely submission of relevant reports to the tax bureau.
Perform project cost forecasting and budgeting, track and monitor costs.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Proficient in English and fluent in Chinese.
Familiar with Philippine tax laws.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Three or more years of accounting and financial management experience.
Proficient in using financial systems and/or accounting software.
Proficient in using office software.
Possess good leadership skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
Work with precision and attention to detail.
