JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a reliable, innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager
??Assist in overseeing and supervising team members and operations during daily service and ensure overall guest experience meets and exceeds expectations
??Ensure guest satisfaction by approaching every table and making sure the guest’s dining expectations have been achieved
??Should implement measures to minimize costs and improve profitability
??Conduct daily shift meetings and regular staff training meetings as needed
??Ensure daily operational tasks are performed and completed
??With strong background in bartending that include costing
??Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
??Understanding of unique and complimentary flavor pairings
JOB QUALIFICATION
 
??3 years working experience as Asst. Restaurant Manager is required
??Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
