Salary: Php 40,000.00 - Php 75,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A RESOURCE/CANDIDATE MANAGER
Your Responsibilities as a Resource/Candidate Manager:
Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Assist in the coordination of interviews, meetings, and candidate assessments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruiting database.
Generate reports and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
Experience with ServiceNow and JobAdder is desirable, but not mandatory.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools used in the recruiting process.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.
Qualifications as a Resource/Candidate Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role within the recruiting industry.
Previous experience in candidate sourcing and administration within the recruiting industry.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and JobAdder is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
