A graduate of Bachelor's degree.
Knowledgeable in warehousing works including filling and recording information , managing office supplies and supplies , monitoring of high valued equipment .
Can multitask.
Microsoft software and computer literate.
Document and paperwork wise.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized and Keen to details.
Team player
Can start immediately.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Update the Equipment / Facilities Masterlist semi-annually for any additional and or changes necessary.
Daily reporting or Equipment Scheduling and Consumables monitoring to messenger group chat at 10:00 am.
Prepare Inspection checklist for every:
Preventive Maintenance of TNC Equipment
Deployment of TNC Equipment
Returning / Receiving of TNC Equipment
New TNC Equipment
Record and file actual schedules of the Annual Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Plan of TNC Equipment.
Ensure all TNC Equipment are calibrated by a third party calibrator and /or verified internally. Thus record and file calibration / verification history of each TNC Equipment.
Generate service report for TNC Equipment that needs to be repaired found during the preventive maintenance and when maintenance is complete.
Fill up shipping order to be endorsed to logistics for shipment of equipment / consumables needed on TNC project sites.
Compilation of Calibration Certificates.
Compile and update equipment photos and incorporate to Masterlist.
Maintain safety stock level of 4pcs. Oil syringes from Tan Delta Corporation.
Generate Incident Report for misuse / defect / damaged test equipment and accessories.
Documentation and monitoring of the following:
Site Transmittal Receipt- upon date of shipment
Incident Report- 1 day after the incident
Borrower's Slip- on the same day
Accountability- on the date of issuance
Consumables Withdrawal- on the same day
Equipment withdrawal- on the same day
Shipping Order- upon date of shipment
Submit weekly report of withdrawals and master list to Warehouse head every Saturday.
Update shipment monitoring of TNC Equipment to TNC Internal Updates GC
Coordinate warehouse and logistics department for shipment schedules.
Assist preparation of documents and record filing for ISO Compliance.
