Responsible for their performance, development and success * Ensures that the recruiters and sourcing associates are fully utilized and hiring service le Job Description Details: Manages and leads the recruitment function and team Responsible for their performance, development and success Ensures that the recruiters and sourcing associates are fully utilized and hiring service level agreements (SLAs) are met Owns the delivery of metrics for recruitment activities and understands that the data and its accuracy are a critical tool for analyzing the performance of the recruiting function Drives the recruiting marketing strategies to ensure that there is a good pipeline of sourcing channels Meets with the internal clients to review the hiring process and requirements and implements improvements for greater productivity and efficiencies Acts as a partner to the business in analyzing demands, workforce plans and required strategies to meet current and future demands Explores staffing best practices in the market and implements appropriate best practices in the organization Observes the trends in recruitment especially in the use of technology and social media and creates strategies around those trends Responsible for the hiring of key personnel (manager level and up) Identifies recruiting issues and root causes and creates plans for improvements Works in conjunction with the HR team to understand the candidate and hiring manager recruiting experience and make improvements or adjustments as a result Communicates openly about challenges faced by recruiting and provides proactive plans to address those challenges Manages the recruitment budget and costs Job Requirements Details: Bachelor Degree or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a recruitment management role in IT or BPO operations Experience in handling Dev Ops roles/team is required Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Experience with applicant tracking systems, SmartSearch preferred Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment Proven history with proactive recruiting strategies, creating pipelines and working in high volume call centers
