We are currently looking for:
RESIDENTIAL SOCIAL WORKER
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly case conferences, including case conference if client is for discharge. To be included in the discussion for aftercare and involved persons/agencies.
Keep record of daily activities or highlights of the week's activities for every child/case, and the schooling program activities.
Avoid favouritism and show equal treatment to every child served.
Work with the Director on the program development and implementation.
Development of Service plan.
Assessment
Work with community partners, government partners, and other NGO partners
