Roles & Responsibilities
Plans and directs health care and nutrition program for farm and zoo animals.
Conducts bio-security measures for all incoming farm and zoo animals to ensure the health of the collection and prevent the spread of diseases within the facility.
Conducts regularly scheduled preventive care programs (deworming, prophylactic antibiotics, etc.) to maintain health of farm and zoo animals and guard against diseases.
Provides immediate attention to sick and traumatized farm and zoo animals.
Conducts post-mortem examinations.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Licensed Veterinarian
