Bachelor's degree in any management course.
At least 5 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
Preferably with a driver's license.
Knowledge of maintenance and construction work.
English proficiency and good communication skills
Computer skills especially Microsoft Office software
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the rental property.
To represent the company in dealing with stakeholders such as gov't entities, suppliers, business partners, etc.
Facilitate online or over-the-phone bookings.
Monitor expenses and make sure they are within budget
Ensure effectivity of all team members.
