Oversee the various departments in a hotel & hold their respective managers accountable and effective while being able to properly delegate work and conduct regular meetings: o F&B - Kitchen o F&B - Service o Front Desk & Reservations o Houskeeping o Maintenance Ability to be approachable, engaging, dependent and open with the entire team while keeping a sense of leadership and command responsibility.
