Must know how to speak English fluently
JOB DESCRIPTION
Must be a graduate of hospitality management or similar course
Must have at least one year experience in hotel industry
Manage a high volume of inquiries in a courteous and friendly way
Respond to social media messages with reservation information, Confirmations and additional details
Execute operational and sales strategies while providing exceptional service to guests.
Coordinate and ensure with peers on delivering high quality services to guests
