ABOUT THE ROLE: RESERVATIONS ASSOCIATES WILL BE ASSIGNED IN THE TALAMBAN OFFICE.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists guest's reservations and ensures to maximize room revenue
Recommend suitable options for guests.
Ensure all reservation details are accurate and updated by following operating procedures.
Manage all incoming calls & respond all enquiries
Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with other departments and gave effective solutions for our guests
Assist with special reservations and block all rooms according to required standards
Maintain knowledge of all room types and their availability.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS Hospitality & Management; or at any business course in a reputable university (non-negotiable)
At least 1 year experience in the same position (negotiable)
Excellent customer service
Strong communication in English both written and spoken
Natural at acquiring new business & relationship building
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in MS Office/ WPS Office
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
