RESERVATIONS AGENT
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel booking software (PMS) like Opera, RoomKey, or similar.
Multilingual skills can be an advantage depending on the hotel's clientele.
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
