RESERVATION STAFF
Job Description:
Receives all incoming & outgoing calls
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
Performs some clerical task
Checks the accuracy of details of reports
Prepares reports as required by his/her immediate superior
Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Job Knowledge/Skills
Must possess strong attention to details
Should be able to display high integrity of character and confidentiality
Required languages(s):English, Filipino
Required Skill(s): MS Office Applications
Preferably with experience but not a must.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Living within Lapu-Lapu City only.
