RESERVATION / SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
Assists guests reservations and ensures to maximize the property
Recommend suitable options for guests.
Ensure all reservation details are accurate and updated by following operating procedures.
Manage all incoming calls and respond all inquiries.
Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with other departments and gave effective solutions for our guests
Assist with special reservations according to guest request
Manage social media accounts
Manage Airbnb account and other booking hosting websites
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS Hospitality & Management; or at any business course in a reputable university
At least 1 year experience in the same position
Excellent customer service
Strong communication in English both written and spoken
Natural at acquiring new business and relationship building
Must be detail orients and organized
Proficient in MS Office/WPS office
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
