TOURGANIZE GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC. is looking for a Reservation Officer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in the Hospitality and Tourism industry
Honest, trustworthy and has positive interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work on graveyard & shifting schedules and render overtime
Possess multi-tasking skills, proficient in messaging apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger and WeChat.
Should have keen attention to details
Must have good communication skills
Can handle pressure and have initiative to work with less supervision
Must have at least 1 year experience in the related field
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and reservations from different messaging apps & booking portals.
Arrange the daily bookings according to vehicle availability and guests requirements.
Coordinate with agents or POC's for any and all concerns with the guests.
Troubleshoot and provide alternative solutions or options to guests should there be any technical issues encountered.
Preparation of daily reports.
