We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role:
RESERVATION / BOOKING OFFICER
Duties:
- Interacts with walk-in and call-in customers for catering service
- Liaises with the commissary personnel for the fulfillment of the function requests and order
- Takes care of all the necessary documentations for customers and inter-office personnel from booking of the function to the collection of payments
- Provides back-office and after-sales service to customers
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any related course.
- Preferably with Hotel and Travel and Tours experience as a reservation staff or a hotel banquet sales or events
- Able to communicate in English, Filipino, and Cebuano
- Able to assist the customers with the planning and booking of reservations through asking relevant questions
- Has innate desire to provide quality customer service and showcase the company’s products
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft office applications and office equipment
