* Prepares communication correspondences such as Memo Briefs, Memoranda and Business Letters;
* Researches and collect information for reports and study
* Compose, proofreads or edits documents for external circulation;
* Prepares and submits various reports to the Department Manager and
* Assists in the conceptualization and design of various proposed activities and projects of the Personnel Division.
