Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, major in Crop Protection, Plant Pathology or any related course
At least 2 years working experience in Banana operation
Has relevant experience in handling pre- and post-harvest projects of fresh fruits and vegetables
Exposed to field research studies
Can provide technical expertise as lecturer on in-house trainings to farmers
Can develop research proposals based on existing and anticipated products
Highly organized and with keen attention to detail
Has a driver’s license
Willing to travel
