The Research Officer ensures the efficient and effective implementation of research initiatives of the Center for Research, and drive Research, Analysis, and Insights Delivery to enable a culture of data-driven, effective, and efficient decision-making that supports the achievement of RAFI's vision and intended social impact goals.
 
The Research Officer will handle research designing, project management, data management, analysis (in coordination with Data Analysts), and documentation of research conducted by the organization. He/she will work with the Research Sr. Supervisor, Data Officers, CRA Manager, MEAL Officers, M&L Manager, and MAK head in the PEX. He/She is also expected to create knowledge products of research and information generated for publication. The person in this position must give attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the information and data collected and analyzed within the department.
 
Qualifications
Graduate of Business Management, Sciences, or its equivalent
With at least 2 years of experience and knowledge in any domain of research, experience in social development institutions preferred
Certifications in MEAL DPro and Social Research is an advantage but not required
