ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented leader to join the B2B SaaS Research team and help drive a number of strategic projects and initiatives critical to Circles expansion efforts
Working directly with the Founder's Office, the successful candidate will take ownership of a number of strategic projects across (but not limited to) new market evaluation, competition scan, knowledge management, and insights delivery to contribute towards building a progressive culture at a rapidly-growing organization. This candidate will play a critical role in influencing and executing our B2B SaaS strategies in the next 3-5 years, and will be directly involved in implementing key initiatives, accounts, product strategy, and strategic projects to grow SaaS revenues across target regions globally.
This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct market landscape and competition scanning to continue fine tuning Circles USP / value proposition
Conduct market research for international growth, and expansion into existing geographies/accounts
Shape the long-term product roadmap with insights, data, and intelligence on long-term industry & technology trends
Advise Sales Teams on market or prospect-specific dynamics and provide intelligence throughout the sales process
Build an internal knowledge base of quantitative and qualitative information gathered from primary and secondary research
Build a repository of case studies & collateral that can be used for marketing & sales purposes
Manage relationships with external analysts & data providers to continuously enhance the proprietary data set
Working creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, demanding, and problem-solving environment
Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new challenges and able to propose innovative ideas
Facilitate monthly and weekly business update sessions with Founder and HoDs by preparing materials and attending the sessions
Develop pitching materials for the sales development and lead conversion process
Close partnership with M&A/Corp Dev team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8+ experience in research, consulting, or corporate strategy
Solid TMT/SaaS industry knowledge (telco a plus): including but not limited to: strategy, business development, marketing, market trends, and operators landscape
Should be comfortable in dealing with large datasets and be comfortable with numbers
Experience in Research methodologies, designing a research, analysing, sharing & codifying results
Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
Broad experience which can be tapped into and leverage for other strategic areas such as M&A, Corp Dev, strategy, etc.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles
Able to work and communicate effectively across geographies
