Foods Biggest markets in the region are Philippines and Indonesia. One of our proudly MVP in the region is an unmatched Lady's choice dressing category in the Philippines.
In the Philippines, the product core portfolio consists mainly of Mayonnaise, Spreads and Dressings as well as cooking aids, meal maker and liquid seasoning sauce.
Key task is a key business partner to drive execution of annual PH Nutrition business plan both savory and dressing products, also as R&D contact who liaises with the relevant Cluster and Global R&D Design teams whenever required to ensure relevant product technologies are identified and developed to meet the needs of business as well as deliver a relevant, differentiated, and holistic product experience to our consumers. She/he is also responsible for communication and stakeholder management, and to manage complexity and or virtual relationship effectively.
Main Accountabilities:
Lead Nutrition R&D team in Philippines, work with internal and external key stakeholders to establish and agree short, medium, and long-term business targets.
Being lead and final decision maker for Nutrition PH R&D team covering all product ranges both savory and dressing, ensuring all projects are on track as business plan with product superiority and boldly healthier drives, positive Fuel for growth, both for cost and operation effectiveness, all PH business and regulatory compliance as well as product quality and food safety awareness.
With Marketing, champion Selling Stories and product activation with consumers and customers. Drive deep channel understanding and identify relevant growth opportunities using full product portfolio.
Lead dressing RDC for developing, evaluation and scale-up dressing products supporting the business across SEA + ID, ensuring no technical failure in the field due to formulation/ nutrition/process and packaging.
Ensure a continuing review (by annual plan) and evaluation of dressing new technology both potential mainstream and weak signals to the category by the development of personnel expertise, by encouraging the evaluation of new product ideas and technology from leveraging supplier expertise/outside sources.
Serves as member of the global R&D Nutrition team to:
- Agree and deploy delivery of global technology, technical enablers and innovations of dressing into SEA+ID
- Plan development training agenda for retention and development of team
- Lead, mentor and develop talent in PH Nutrition R&D team with growth mindset/learn to unlearn and agile way of working style

Minimum Requirements
Degree in Food Science or related.
A minimum of 3 year-experience in an FMCG company R&D management role. Experience in dressing product development is preferred.
Passion of driving consumer centric and technology into product design
