What we're looking for:
 
URGENT HIRING for RESEARCH & DATA ANALYST
 
Brief Description of the Role:
A business intelligence specialist is concerned with the effective collection and processing of performance and other transactional data from several (digital) products, both internal and external. In turn, this enables the organization and its clientele to manage its performance for continuous improvement and innovation.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analytics, Insighting, and Reporting 
Gets assigned to projects or clients. 
Creates and submits reports and insights based on the requirements of the assigned accounts, clients, or projects. 
Provides strategy and insights out from the insights gathered or reports created.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field
Proficiency in statistical analysis software
Experience with data visualization tools
Knowledge of advertising and social media metrics and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively
Familiarity with market research methodologies
Experience in digital marketing analytics is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Additional Job Details:
Set-up: Office-based position
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time
