Sandbox Business Support Services is currently seeking a Research Associate to join our team of energetic and positive employees. The person in this critical role is primarily responsible for researching and documenting college and university program-related information such as requirements, policies, and attendance costs. Additionally, the Research Associate provides recommendations to customers, facilitates collaboration with cross functional teams and not least, assists with projects supporting company initiatives, training, development, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

-Processes research requests for U.S. colleges that meet specified criteria
-Recommends desirable colleges to customers based on their educational requirements
-Inputs research data into the company's database
-Prepares and provides detailed research documentation for customers
-Audits research results and communicates with team members for improvements
Desired Skills and Experience:
style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"-
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required
-Ability to work within 8 am - 7 pm EST
-1-4 years of related experience desired
-Intermediate computer proficiency and typing skills required
-Ability to quickly master and incorporate new skills
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute daily tasks according to demand and workload
-Ability to effectively research and locate information on the internet
-Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and/or Google-suite is a plus
