GrowthAssistant is looking for a Research and Profiling Assistant to join our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will conduct lead generation, research, and profiling using the manual process of diving into public sites and online sources .

The Role
Conduct search on public websites and other online sources for ideal customer profiles ideally C-level individuals in insurance industry, and contents (podcasts, articles, interviews, etc.)
Manage data in spreadsheets (MS Excel).
Verify contact information and other supporting data for accuracy prior to outreach.
Upload, organize, and populate ideal customer profiles information into a CRM.
Set up Google Alerts and track/document media hits on Excel worksheet.
Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed (client gifting, etc.)
The Requirements
1+ years experience in Research/Lead Generation/Profiling using a manual process
1+ years experience with MS Office
1+ years experience with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
Experience in using templated email outreach and response using Mixmax or other sales engagement software (Salesoft, Outreach, Groove, Hubspot Sales Hub, etc.)
Experience in setting up and executing sequences, workflows and or tasks/bumps.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.is nice-to-have.
