Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Ability to work under pressure, adaptability, decision making, creativity
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
Evaluates and test raw materials/packaging materials
Conducts batch trial run for establishing standards and specifications
Prepares cost estimates of the proposed formula
Performs process validation as well as product and process improvement for the existing products of the company.
Finalizes procedures and specifications for new products.
