JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identifying and analyzing market trends: You will be responsible for monitoring industry trends and identifying potential opportunities for growth. This will require conducting research on the latest market trends and analyzing data to help the company make informed decisions.
Developing and implementing product development strategies: You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve existing products and services or creating new ones. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company's products meet the needs of its customers and are competitive in the marketplace.
Conducting market research: You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data on competitors, customer needs, and market trends to inform the company's product development and marketing strategies.
Managing the research and development team: You will be responsible for managing a team of Cost Analyst professionals, providing guidance and support as they work to develop new products and services.
Collaborating with other departments: You will work closely with other departments such as the Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure that the company's products and services are meeting the needs of its customers.
Ensuring compliance with regulations: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products and services comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
Developing and managing budgets: You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for the research and development department, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the company's goals.
