Research and Development manager- flourHRT People Solutions

A food manufacturing client of ours is looking for a Research and Development Manager for their Flour Section.
 
Said role has the following basic functions:
Responsible for the overall scientific aspects of research project and research team
Works closely with the Product Development Specialist in planning research, coordinating team efforts, obtaining and allocating responsibilities
Works with the QA / R&D to implement R&D directions.
Responsible for ensuring awareness, complying with and enforcing the Food Safety and Quality Policy of the company.
Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policy, report any unsafe act/conditions in the workplace and ensures safety practices is adhered.
Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or its equivalent
Preferably with a background in Food Manufacturing Industry
Has an experience managing people with varied personalities
Knows how to construct and interpret process flow diagrams
Has background on Food Science
Has a basic knowledge on GMP, HACCP and FSSC
Has a background on technical report writing
Good interpersonal skills
