As part of our continuous development, we are currently in URGENT NEED of highly competent, energetic, dynamic, results and goal-oriented individuals who can think-outside-the-box to fill-in the following position:
 
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
 
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts research to identify new opportunities for innovation, as well as to know the market, consumer needs, and industry trends.
Responsible for developing new products or upgrading existing ones.
Responsible for developing new processes and technologies that can advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
Establishes raw material specifications based on functionality, physicochemical characteristics, final product standards, shelf life performance, and handling conditions.
Responsible for packaging development and equipment research.
Job Specifications:
Male/Female
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in the R & D field.
With strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights.
Technical expert in fields such as engineering, science and technology.
With strong project and management skills and creative mindset
Can communicate well both verbal and written
Can easily adopt in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
