Conducts internal assessments and environmental scanning (SWOT/PESTLE), business, economic, market research and industry trend analysis
Gathers information on, and observes trends of, industries relevant and/or related to the company such as life insurance, mutual benefit and savings and loan
Coordinates with other departments and external parties for bench-marking, data-gathering and analysis
Prepares communications with regard to plans, proposals or activities that are beyond departmental level
Bachelor's degree in financial related courses
With 1-2 years related working experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience in the use of different strategic frameworks and performance management tools (e.g. Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Planning, SWOT, PESTLE, Gap Planning, etc.)
Strong analytical and planning skills;
