Make phone calls, building relationships, qualifying the lead, and generating interest of our client.
Provide feedback identifying call trends and prospect needs identify ways to improve the current process.
Track calls, follow-up calls required, scheduled call backs, and call transfers through computer system.
Meet goals relating to productivity, number of calls made, contacts, and leads qualified.

Attractive compensation package PHP 16,000 - PHP 20,000 per month
Non-taxable allowance per month
With quarterly and annual bonuses
10% night differential
Medical coverage for regular employees
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
With great phone etiquette and demeanor
Ability to think quickly on their feet
With outbound calling experience is an advantage but not necessary
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
