The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations -- RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines. In addition, the Cebu office is a new tech startup office with its own challenges and opportunities -- the ones we feel are best addressed by a strong, local team.
Job Brief
We are looking for a Report Developer who will work with a team whose goal is to create customized reports according to objectives and metrics needed by different departments. These reports aim to show important trends that help to improve workflow and efficiency in the organization.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong SQL background and is able to compile large amounts of data at the organizational level, use technology and appropriate methodologies to develop reports that provide insight into business operations.
Responsibilities
Works with the team in collecting and translating data into relevant reports and presentation materials for various stakeholders
Responsible for analyzing, implementing and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce with short and long-range plans.
Collaborates with business leaders and other stakeholders to review existing and future workforce analytics needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
Delivers value through actionable insight addressing operation workforce risks and opportunities.
Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in operations and leadership teams
Analyze and recommend development strategies, process improvements and standards.
Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within the company

Requirements
Work experience in data/reporting analyst roles
Strong SQL background and highly proficient in in MS Excel
Good critical-thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to research and analyze data retrieved from multiple sources
Experience in handling large data sets (Data Mining/Gathering, Data Transformation, Data Visualization)
Ability to automate reports preferably using Google App Script and/or Google Data Studio
Proficiency in Google Workspace Apps/Tools (Google Sheets, Doc, Slide, etc) is an advantage
Knowledge and/or experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time management is a plus
Interest and ability to learn new technologies as required.
Possess good verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships and drive collaboration across teams.
Must be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectively.
Superior documentation and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented.
Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Must be willing to put in extra time and effort if need be.
